In challenging times of change, HOPE can feel both theoretical and optional.  But HOPE actually provides the heartbeat that keeps people imaginative, forwards-thinking and active.  It is necessary and vital. 

HOPE is also, wonderfully, achievable.

Drawing on their experience of leadership coaching and training at some of the world's largest companies (Cisco, Accenture, Bloomberg), as well as research from leading academics on the subject, Envision Everything has developed the ▷Toolkit For Hope - an interactive and empowering programme using neuroleadership to work with people and teams who are looking to move from that sense of disconnect, unfocused energy, lost momentum, and land them in a place of action, momentum and agency

PROGRAMME

The ▷ Toolkit for Hope methodology is designed to give participants a brain-friendly space to powerfully re-engage and re-fuel the energy and purpose that comes with tapping into one’s own individual, subjective hope tank.

▷ 1. UNDERSTANDING HOPE  

Motivations for change, finding inspiration, valuing connection, clarifying your way through and out of a sense of disconnection and towards what can make the change

▷ 2. PRACTISING HOPE

Practical tools to define your subjective version of hope and own it, practise powerful goal-setting and hope-strategising to give clarity and focus to your actions

▷ 3. PLANNING HOPE

 Clarifying your steps, what this will look like, what the actions will be, who will help you stay committed, and how to future-proof your goals

By the end of the programme, the participants will have practised how to powerfully turn from that sense of disconnect towards hope, how to stay the course through times of adversity, and will have the practical tools to support them in moving forwards with purpose, agency and clarity.
