HOPE. BUILT, NOT FOUND.

“In our world today, hope is not a nice-to-have.
Hope is a need-to-have.”

We're taught to think of hope as something that happens to you - a rather naive, helpless feeling. It’s not that. Hope is a powerful discipline that can change lives. It can be built, practised, and carried into the rooms that matter most, to create the most impact and change.

Hope provides the heartbeat that keeps us imaginative, forwards-thinking and active.  It is necessary and vital.

It is also, wonderfully, achievable.

If hope is a spark and there are practical ways to light it, why wouldn’t we?

Envision Everything teaches this discipline - drawing on years of experience in theatre direction, BBC and Guardian audio production, and neuroleadership coaching.

You’ll be here for as many different reasons as there are people reading this. But the mechanism is the same: channel your purpose, take advantage of brain science, and add a dose of courage.

A perfect combination to use hope to help change your life for the better.

Susannah Tresilian ran the Toolkit for Hope at the World Economic Forum in Davos, 2026.
